AESC Launches Enhanced Certificate Program for Executive Search and Leadership Consultants, in Partnership with Cornell University ILR School

The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants is pleased to announce the re-launch of their Advanced Certificate in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting in partnership with Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. As of January 2016, the program will be offered online as a live and virtual learning experience, covering topics such as; Talent Management, Succession Planning, Business Strategy, Market Positioning, Executive Assessment, Executive Compensation, Diversity and Inclusion and many more.

The program, now in its fourth year of operation, previously required participants to travel to New York City for a week-long intensive training course. The new structure is designed to provide better access and flexibility to the program for executive search and leadership consulting professionals worldwide.

The six month MBA-level certificate is designed exclusively for senior-level Executive Search and Leadership Consultants. It will take participants through a rigorous learning experience by applying cutting edge theory and industry best practices to their client assignments. Cornell University’s ILR School professors will take an integrated approach to teaching, which will include virtual lectures, interactive learning, group activities and case studies. Cornell University is uniquely positioned to provide insights into the challenges facing today’s business organizations due to its exceptionally talented faculty of leading scholars in management and leadership issues.
