AESC Welcomes TM² Executive Search into its Global Membership of Leading Executive Search and Leadership Consulting Firms

The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), the global professional association representing the $20+ billion global executive search and leadership consulting industry, with member firms spanning 1,200+ offices in 70+ countries, is pleased to welcome TM² Executive Search as a new member. The firm’s acceptance follows a rigorous vetting process to ensure quality standards.

Established in 2016, TM² Executive Search is the only full-service executive search firm created with the sole purpose of assisting Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs) in attracting, securing, developing, and promoting talented executives. The firm is passionate and committed to the welfare of the Black college community and the development of minority leaders. TM² Executive Search specializes in placing Trustees, Presidents and Chancellors, Provost, Deans, and the executive level of institutions in the Black college community.

The firm was re-launched in 2023 under the leadership of Dr. Dakota Doman with the support of Dr. Harry Williams, President of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), to further TM²’s mission of advancing leadership in HBCUs and PBIs.
