Five Elected to AESC 2023 Global Board of Directors

The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants Appoints New Officers and Directors

The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), representing the leading executive search and leadership consulting firms worldwide, today announces 2023 officers and the appointments of five new Directors to its Global Board. AESC’s Global Board of Directors consists of elected representatives from each of AESC’s three Regional Councils: Americas; Asia Pacific and Middle East; Europe and Africa.  

New AESC Directors elected for 2023:

Nick Chambers, Toronto-based Partner at Boyden and 2022 winner of AESC’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access Award, has nearly 25 years’ consulting experience, working across multiple sectors with a focus on executive and board recruitment and effectiveness. 

Toni Clayton-Hine, CMO for EY Americas out of New York City serves as Independent Director and is a seasoned B2B global marketing executive who has helped companies of all sizes create new revenue streams from new markets, new offerings, and new channels of distribution. 

Matrice Ellis-Kirk, Chief Executive Officer and Partner of the Ellis Kirk Group in Dallas is a senior member of her firm’s Board of Directors Practice. Her current search work focuses on the boardroom in consumer companies and private equity owned companies. 

Nicola Mirza is an Auckland-based Partner at Johnson Partners and has over 15 years of executive search experience in board and senior executive level appointments across a variety of both public and private sector organizations. She has a particular interest in financial services and professional services and leads these practice groups for New Zealand. 

Sophie Wigniolle, Paris-based Partner with Eric Salmon & Partners, specializes in the Private Equity and financial services sectors, conducting executive searches and leadership advisory projects. She is also an active member of the Board Services Practice.

2023 AESC Board of Directors Officers: 

The 2023 officers were unanimously elected at the AESC Board’s annual meeting in London. Emanuela Aureli, London-based Partner, EMEA Leader of Technology, Media, Telecommunications & Services Practice and member of the CEO and Board Global Practice at Spencer Stuart will continue to serve as AESC Global Chair. Julian Ha, Washington, DC-based Partner and Leader of the Government Affairs and Trade Association practices at Heidrick & Struggles will continue to serve as AESC Vice Chair. Cathy Logue, Toronto-based Managing Director and Global Leader of the CFO and Financial Executives Practice Group at Stanton Chase will serve as AESC Secretary and Treasurer. Morten Nielsen, Cleveland-based Senior Partner and Global Managing Partner for the Life Sciences Practice at WittKieffer, will serve another term as AESC Chair Emeritus.
