Paul Jenkins Joins AESC Board of Directors
McKinsey & Company Senior Partner becomes an Independent Director
The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), the global professional association representing excellence in executive search and leadership advisory solutions, today announces the appointment of Paul Jenkins, McKinsey & Company Senior Partner of Oslo, Norway to its Global Board of Directors. Jenkins joins the Board as an Independent Director.

Jenkins is the global leader of Leap by McKinsey, helping organizations across industries develop new digital ventures and improving the performance of existing businesses through digital transformation. He has extensive experience leading digital transformations for global companies across several industries ranging from entertainment to banking to travel. For instance, Jenkins recently helped build and launch a new business venture in the agriculture market, supported a real estate company as it built a new digital experience that reinvented the journey for both customers and brokers, rebuilt the digital sales omnichannel platform for an airline, and much more.

Jenkins has a BSc in physical sciences from Manchester University and a PhD in physical sciences from Cambridge University.
