AESC Is Committed to Diverse Leadership: Renews Global Board Ready Women Partnership in Support of Gender Diversity on Boards

In an ongoing initiative focused on the business imperative for diverse boards and the promotion of senior women executives, the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) and BlueSteps continue their three-year partnership with the Global Board Ready Women (GBRW) in support of furthering gender diversity on boards.

AESC executive search and leadership consulting firms help clients worldwide build inclusive boards by finding highly qualified talent. Through the alliance with GBRW and other prominent organizations, AESC has added over 1,000 new, elite board-ready women to its BlueSteps candidate service. GBRW significantly contributed to this initiative as they tirelessly promote women executives who meet the strict criteria necessary for a global and diverse corporate governance for the 21st century.

AESC Managing Director of Global Partnerships and BlueSteps, Glenda K.
