AESC Managing Director of Global Partnerships, Glenda Brown, commented: "This initiative reflects AESC's support for inclusive candidate slates in board recruitment, and of the AESC's commitment in supporting diversity within executive ranks. As a reflection of that spirit of inclusiveness, the AESC will provide all 3,500 members of WomenCorporateDirectors-directors of public company, large private company, and major non-profit boards-membership to BlueSteps, the AESC's career management service developed uniquely for senior executives and board candidates.
