Ward Howell Starts PE Recruitment Practice

Ward Howell International has launched a partner-led team to advice on recruiting practices in the private equity space.

 

Five partners – Asad Haider, Hank Flores, John Pothin, Mark Bradley and Sonia Prais – will lead the initiative. They hold decades of experience in recruitment in the areas of consumer, industrial, technology, energy, luxury and omni channel retail businesses.

 

“We’ve been reminded by our clients in private equity that our unique talent perspective and advice to PE funds and leaders of portfolio businesses have tremendous value in the marketplace,” said Haider.

 

As the buoyant demand for the top talent in the private equity space continues to rise, boutique search firms are seen working with investment brands in employing staff.

 

The private equity space is also seen to have a greater turnover rate, giving opportunities for recruitment firms at the PE portfolio company level.
