Ricardo Marrufo joins GOSECO International Executive Search firm

GOSECO announced that Ricardo Marrufo has joined the boutique International Executive Search firm as an Executive Search Associate and member of the Retained Practice for Mexico and Latin America region. Ricardo will be based in Mexico reporting to headquarters in San Diego, CA.

Mr. Marrufo joins GOSECO International Executive Search from IIPE, where he collaborated as Director of Client Strategy & Operations, responsible for managing all research projects from inception to culmination 

for this RPO firm. Previously, Ricardo was part of at Jabil Circuit, a Fortune 500 company and one of the leading providers of outsourced electronics manufacturing services (EMS) in the world as a Business Unit Analyst. 

 

Fully bilingual, Mr. Marrufo holds a Bachelor degree in Finance from Autonomous University of Chihuahua (UACH) based in the largest state in Mexico and border neighbor to the state of Texas, is a Certified Researcher by AESC, the Association of Executive Search & Leadership Consultants and Certified Internet Recruiter by AIRS, an industry leader in recruitment training.
