Cesar Ginete Promoted to CEO of The People At Work Philippines

The People At Work announced the promotion of Cesar Ginete to Chief Executive Officer of the company.  Cesar who has been the Chief Operating Officer prior to this promotion, brings 14 years of experience in C-level searches and is widely respected in the industry. 

 

“Cesar has played a crucial role in the transformation and growth of The People at Work in Philippines, and this promotion acknowledges his strength as a leader,” said Joo-Lee Aw, Managing Partner of TPAW Group.  She added, “Cesar joined the company in 2014 as Senior Vice President and has been given increasing responsibilities over the years.  His tenacity, fortitude and unwavering commitment in our people and company makes him a natural choice for this position”.
