Heidrick & Struggles Names New Leader within Financial Services Practice
Heidrick & Struggles announced new leadership in the Americas within its market-leading Financial Services Practice. Dominique Hansen joins firm as head of Investment Management in the AmericasBased in the Toronto office. Hansen will also serve as head of the firm's CEO & Board of Directors Practice in Canada.

Hansen joins Heidrick & Struggles with more than two decades of experience within asset management, private equity, infrastructure and account leadership in wholesale banking, consumer banking and insurance—including nearly a decade of executive search experience. Most recently, she served at another global executive search firm as the head of financial services in Canada and head of infrastructure in North America.
Prior to her work in executive search, Hansen served as a director with global investment firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., focused on limited partner relations and fundraising. She also served as vice president at OMERS Capital Partners, where she primarily worked on investing in funds and co-investments, and vice president at Yorkton Securities Inc. as an investment banker focused on mergers and acquisitions.
