Heidrick & Struggles has published its 2017 “Talent and Compensation Trends in Institutional Asset Management Distribution.” The information provided in the report is based off a survey of over 500 from traditional, diversified, and alternative firm-types, as well as from Heidrick & Struggles’ own recruiting experience insight.
Key findings include:
- Over 80% of respondents remained at their existing firms in 2016.
- 23.31% of respondents said having a diverse client-facing team is very important, while 10.84% said it was not at all important.
- There is currently little-to-no standard on compensation.
