Boyden Welcomes New Partner in Montréal

Boyden and Roger T. Duguay, Managing Partner, Boyden Montreal, announced that Martin Richard has joined the firm as its newest partner.

Mr. Richard has an extensive track record with more than twenty years’ experience in business development, financial communications, and corporate and securities law. His professionalism, expert knowledge, and strategic mind-set will play an integral role in the continued growth of our firm.

 

Mr. Richard joins Boyden at the time when its Montréal office is growing rapidly. Shortly after moving to their new offices at Place Ville Marie, which is marked by its unique minimalist design and its breathtaking view of Mount Royal, the Montréal team hosted Boyden World’s partner meeting in May, 2017.

Mr. Richard holds a Law degree from the Université de Montréal and has been a member of the Québec Bar since 1999. He commenced his career at National Bank and Autorité des marchés financiers.

 

As a Partner in Boyden’s Montréal office and member of Boyden’s Global Financial and Professional Services practice groups, Mr. Richard will provide expertise to senior executives and boards on leadership assessment, recruitment, and corporate governance services.
