Healthcare Search Professional Joins Stanton Chase Nashville Office

Chantelle L. Johnson has joined the Nashville office of Stanton Chase as a Director. The announcement was made by Daniel Casteel, Managing Director of the Nashville office and Regional Vice President/North America.

During her distinguished career, she has recruited C-Suite executives, physician leaders and academic leaders across the diverse healthcare industry. Johnson understands and appreciates the unique leadership and diversity needs of today’s healthcare organizations, including academic medical centers, multi-hospital systems and physician practices.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Johnson served as Vice President of Senior Executive Search at a healthcare recruitment firm. She also formerly led the Physician and Faculty Recruitment/Compensation office as Assistant Vice President for a large, multi-hospital, academic medical center in North Carolina. In that role, she was a member of the medical center’s Council for Inclusion and Diversity, where she focused on diversity recruitment and retention strategies.

Johnson holds a Master of Business Administration, with concentration in Human Resources Management, from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She is a Six Sigma Green Belt, as well as a Fellow with the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR).
