Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Charles McNally

Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm, today announced that Charles "Chuck" McNally has joined the firm as a consultant in the Healthcare Practice. Based in Atlanta, McNally advises clients within the digital health, healthcare services, medical technology and pharmaceutical industries.

 

"With more than a decade of strategy, management and operations experience in healthcare, financial services and defense, Chuck has an extensive track record advising executives on driving innovation in heavily regulated and evolving industries. We are excited to have him join the team and apply his expertise to the leadership priorities of our clients," stated Constantine Alexandrakis, leader of Russell Reynolds Associates' U.S. Region. 

Prior to joining the firm, McNally spent seven years as a management consultant, most recently with Strategy&, where he focused on healthcare and innovation. He was responsible for working with traditional and non-traditional healthcare clients to formulate and drive strategic, innovative solutions to their business issues. Additionally, he focused on customer strategy and innovation with an emphasis on leveraging digital channels to support business strategy. Prior to that role, McNally focused primarily on the healthcare and financial services industries on projects that included channel strategy, operating model design and strategic venture analysis. Prior to his consulting career, he served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.

 

McNally holds a B.S. in economics from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.
