Patrizia Fontana Joins Transearch In Milan

Patrizia Fontana recently joined the TRANSEARCH office in Milan as Partner. She is a search professional with 15 years’ executive search experience. She has a strong focus on Fashion and Luxury sector. Her career in executive search began in 2001 with Search Partners International, and from 2008 as a partner of Carter and Benson.

 

Prior to her executive search career, she was part of a family business and concurrently attained her degree in psychology summa cum laude, with a subsequent specialisation in cognitive behavioural psychology.  Her professional path continues within the fashion industry, before working in Colgate Palmolive for 8 years where she obtained roles of growing responsibility in sales and marketing.

 

Patrizia is also Member of the Board of Forum della Meritocrazia, a non-profit organization aimed at instilling meritocratic values in Italian society.
