The Buffkin Group Adds Partner to Digital Practice
The Buffkin Group, a leading national search firm, has named Raj Das partner and head of the firm’s digital practice. With this addition, Buffkin is expanding its capabilities in providing knowledge-based advice to its clients in recruiting, developing and retaining senior executive talents in a rapidly transforming and growing digital market.
In this role, Das will be based in the company’s New York office, and will focus on executive and board search and consulting. He brings more than 22 years of experience advising organizations on digital strategies. For the last 10 years he has focused exclusively on the creation and activation of digital assets and marketing channels for organizations faced with new data models and engage-ment paradigms.

Prior to The Buffkin Group, Das was founder and CEO at POM Partners, a global digital media incu-bation and acceleration firm. He was also head of corporate development at R2integrated, a digital marketing agency. During his career, Das has also headed up finance and strategy at a $500 million revenue global direct marketing company and completed investment banking transactions of more than $20 billion value.
Das received a bachelor’s degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in finance and multinational management. He is also a graduate of the Stanford executive program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
