With effect from 2015 longstanding associate Philipp Uhlmann-Stefani, formerly Senior Consultant, has been added as a new partner. MPB Recruitment Group AG is a leading executive search company providing direct search for staffing key positions as well as tailored assessment centres for candidate selection.

As a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) MPB Recruitment Group is equipped with a worldwide network and is obliged to meet the high international industry standards. The company was founded in 1987 in Basel and today is also based in Bern and Zurich. As the Managing Partner and founder Helmut Zimmerli-Menzi still acts as the business executive.
