Amrop Welcomes Steven Zhang

Steven Zhang has joined Amrop China as Associate Partner, based in Shenzen. Steven will focus on developing Amrop China’s new Leadership Success business model – integrating both Executive Search and Leadership Consulting – to fast-growing or globalizing Chinese POE (privately-owned enterprise) clients, building on his decade-long experience in developing business relationships with MNCs/POEs, and his business development and business management experience from the POE client side.

Prior to joining Amrop, Steven led a successful turnaround at Chenghe PCB, a local printed circuit board POE, where he held roles as Vice President Sales and DGM, and was also named Board Member. Earlier in his career, he spent over ten years in the search and recruitment industry working for international firms including Korn/Ferry Futurestep, Manpower and MRI, both in Shanghai and Hong Kong. Established in in 1988, Amrop China operates through offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing. The addition of Steven Zhang underscores of the growth of Amrop in China, with a team of 11 Partners & Consultants.
