Warren Riddell Appointed as a New Partner at Johnson

Warren Riddell recently appointed as a Partner and Leader of Johnson's Professional Services and Mergers & Acquisitions practices.

 

During his corporate advisory career spanning 30 years, Warren has worked in private investment companies and professional services firms around the globe. In his most recent role, Warren was a Partner at Beaton Capital, where he led buy and sell mandates and advised on new market entry strategies for major international and local professional services firms.

 

Warren will also augment our Board & CEO and Private Equity practices, given he brings deep expertise as a director and having run a private equity firm himself.

Warren is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (England and Wales) and holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Economics, Finance and Law from Lancaster University. He also holds two Masters degrees in European Studies and Political Economy from the University of Sydney.

 

Warren currently lectures on the Master of Management (CEMS) program at the University of Sydney Business School.
