Amrop Welcomes Grant Robinson and Maureen Stitz as Partners in Canada

Grant Robinson joins Amrop Knightsbridge as a Partner in Toronto, drawing on 18 years of experience as an executive search practitioner, manager, boutique search firm owner and national practice leader. As a search professional, Grant brings in-depth knowledge, expertise and experience in both the Industrial and Insurance sectors. Over the years, Grant has built a strong reputation for identifying, evaluating and on-boarding exceptional talent on behalf of his clients, having led hundreds of search assignments, including the recruitment of CEOs and functional leaders, across a spectrum of private and public organizations.

Having worked on 3 different continents, Grant has dedicated his career to pursuing a deep understanding of what truly makes a new hire a great fit, which has driven his focus on ensuring a context driven match between the candidate and the role and organization. In line with this, Grant is also a proponent of, and a certified practitioner in, conducting leadership assessments.

Maureen Stitz joins Amrop Knightsbridge as a Partner in Toronto. She has led a successful executive search business, and has been onboarding key talent for organizations for more than 12 years in the pharmaceutical/biotech and medical devices sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, an MBA and is a Certified Executive Coach at the PCC level with the ICF.

Maureen’s personal and professional experience gives her a unique perspective and understanding of her clients’ needs. She spent almost two decades in the global healthcare industry, in progressively responsible roles starting in sales at Wyeth, and including Sales and Marketing Director and General Manager in both pharmaceutical and medical device top tier companies, GSK and Beiersdorf Jobst.  A deeply rooted understanding of her clients and empathy for their aspirations drives her Executive Search practice. Maureen has inspired many with her interest in the mix of elite athletics and the arts in business, and the understanding that servant leaders bring excellence to their teams and practices.
