Amrop Strengthens Global Life Sciences Practice With Key London Hires

Tom Bradley joins Amrop as Head of Life Sciences UK. Based in the London office, Tom focuses on Executive level searches across the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors on a national and international level.

Stuart Penney joins the firm as a Senior Consultant in London, focusing on Executive level searches across the Biotech, MedTech and Pharmaceutical sectors.

With over seventeen years’ European line management expertise in both Commercial and Research & Development settings, Tom Bradley has extensive experience creating winning value propositions, sourcing key talent globally, implementing appropriate assessment and selection techniques and ultimately hiring executive level professionals across Research & Development, Commercial, General Management and Corporate Functions. While working with established multinationals, he has also assisted US-headquartered specialty and orphan drug companies in setting up their European infrastructure. Tom joins Amrop UK from his previous role Senior Partner at Euromedica, a boutique life sciences executive search company. Prior to that he spent 10 years at Pfizer Ltd where he was Head of Talent Acquisition for R&D Europe, working with key stakeholders to drive the company’s Talent Acquisition strategy.

Stuart Penney has ten years’ experience working with established multinationals, as well as helping build executive teams for small and medium-sized private equity- and venture capital-backed Biotechnology, Diagnostics, Genomics and Medical Device businesses in Europe and North America. He has worked with clients in the Life Sciences and associated disruptive technology sectors to solve their leadership talent needs. With experience working across a number of specialist fields, Stuart has a track record in securing the highest calibre of talent for his clients. Stuart also joins Amrop UK from Euromedica, where he was Client Partner.
