IIC Partners Expands Global Footprint with Eight New Consultants

Marlière & Gerstlauer Executive Search, located in Hamburg, has appointed Göran Petersen as Consultant. With an extensive background in the renewable energy and green technology sectors, Mr. Petersen brings over 20 years of leadership experience to Marlière & Gerstlauer Executive Search. Prior to joining Marlière & Gerstlauer Executive Search, Mr. Petersen spent 10 years with Michael Page International and had his own executive search business.

Stones International, has appointed Victor Filamor as Partner. Mr. Filamor specializes in the consumer and retail and life sciences industries and was promoted from Principal to Partner in June 2016. Prior to joining Stones International in December 2012, Mr. Filamor served as Asia Practice Group Leader for the consumer, healthcare and industrial sectors at SpenglerFox.

Stones International, has appointed Mirko Petrelli as Partner. Mr. Petrelli began with Stones International in 2012, specializing in the Luxury, Fashion and Automotive industries and was promoted from Principal to Partner in January 2016. Prior to joining Stones International, and further to the time he spent in Italy as Human Resources Manager of Ducati Corse (Ducati Motor Holding’s racing division), Mr. Petrelli was the Head of Human Resources – Asia Pacific for Tod’s Group.

Stones International, announces the appointment of Isabella Tan as a new Principal. Ms. Tan expands Stones International’s Financial Services Practice and has over a decade of executive search experience. Ms. Tan specializes in the insurance industry.

CurzonTrinitas, based in London, has announced the appointment of Robbie Paterson as Partner. Mr. Paterson specializes in senior level executive appointments in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Paterson previously served as Partner at Korn Ferry and has extensive experience in the UK, Middle East, Australasia, North America and Continental Europe.

Chadick Ellig, located in New York, has appointed Joy Lillis as Principal. Ms. Lillis initially joined Chadick Ellig in 2010, as a Research Analyst and moved into a delivery role as an Associate. Ms. Lillis rejoins the Chadick Ellig team after her prior position at Marlin Hawk and specializes in the technology sector.

PCI Executive Search Consultants, based in Shanghai, has announced the appointment of Cédric Pasquier as Director. Mr. Pasquier brings over 10 years of expertise within the industrial and oil and gas sectors in international markets. His proven project implementation and negotiation skills matched with his capacity to speak fluent English, French and Spanish make him an ideal candidate to develop European and American companies.

De JAGER Executive Search, located in Sydney, has appointed Claudia Lantos as Director. Ms. Lantos brings over 20 years of diversified executive search and leadership consulting experience with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical, professional and financial services sectors. Ms. Lantos specializes in senior executive level international search assignments in Europe and Asia Pacific, and has a Master’s in Law from Erasmus University in Rotterdam located in the Netherlands.
