Boyden Boosts Market Leadership With New Partner In Vancouver

Boyden, has announced the promotion of Derrick Chow to Partner in the firm’s Vancouver office.

Chow joined Boyden in 2005 and advanced to the role of principal and research team lead. Taking a strategic approach to aligning people and leadership with culture and business goals, he has gained extensive recruiting experience with large, publicly traded multinational companies as well as high-growth start-ups and public sector organizations. He has also developed an extensive network and an exceptional reputation for recruiting leaders in the real estate, finance/investment and technology sectors, locally and internationally.

Chow, a Certified Human Resources Professional, holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a MBA in finance & strategy from the University of British Columbia. He is actively involved in the community, and currently serves on the Board of the Association of Neighborhood Houses of BC. He previously served as Vice Chair of the Board of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. and Board Member of the Coast Capital Savings Foundation. He has been recognized with a Medal of Merit award for community service and leadership, and is a past member of Leadership Richmond.
