Russell Reynolds Associates Appoints New Director in the Industrial And Natural Resources Sector

Ralph T. Hammer has joined the firm as an Executive Director in the Industrial and Natural Resources Sector. He will focus on the CHRO function.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Ralph acted as an Executive and HR Director for General Motors in Zurich (Chevrolet, Cadillac). He also assumed the position as Head of Human Resources of Opel Group in Ruesselsheim. While there he co-chaired the GM Europe Diversity Council.

Earlier, Ralph studied economics and business administration and has more than ten years experience in senior positions at Allianz SE in Munich, Stuttgart, London and Washington DC.

Ralph Hammer has a Bachelor of Arts Faculty of Economics of the University of Munich and a Master of Business Administration from the European School of Management and Technology in Berlin. He began his career as an Associate Sales Strategist at Merrill Lynch in New York.
