Amrop Announces New Member Firm in Germany
The Amrop Partnership has announced the appointment of a new Member Firm in Germany. With offices in Berlin, Duesseldorf, Hamburg and Munich, the new Amrop member is a newly-created firm led by senior business owners, all established and dynamic practitioners in executive search, leadership and Board consulting.
Amrop in Germany will synthesize its knowledge of the fast-evolving local business landscape with close connectivity to the global Amrop Partnership. As trusted advisors, the team will support ambitious and forward-looking organizations in their quest to identify and position Leaders For What’s Next; adept at working across borders, in markets around the world, delivering context-driven, senior attention on every talent project.
Founding Partners
Sabine von Anhalt (Berlin) has worked for global companies in the Pharmaceutical Industry and in Consulting for 25 years and is recognized in the German and European market as one of the leading Life-sciences experts in executive search. Projects vary from global and national management positions to highly specialized positions in medical, R&D to drug registration, and operations. In FMCG her focus lies on selected clients in Luxury goods.
Annika Farin (Hamburg) Annika has more than 20 years of experience in Consulting, Industry, and Executive Search. She has conducted very senior work, among them Post- Merger-Integration, senior executive review processes and the establishment of talent management in client organizations. Annika started her career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and thereafter held two senior executive positions in Corporate HR.
Ulrich Beckendorff (Duesseldorf) has more than 25 years of experience in Consulting, thereof 18 years in Executive Search. His consulting practice encompasses work for top management levels in Automotive and Engineered Products & Systems Engineering, Transport & Logistics, and Professional Services. Ulrich holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from the Production Technology Centre Hannover with a dissertation on knowledge-based production control.
