Caldwell Partners Appoints CEO & Board Practice Leader

Caldwell Partners has appointed Jay Millen as managing partner, leader of the firm's CEO & board practice, and member of its industrial practice.

Mr. Millen joins Caldwell Partners from DHR International, where he served as a vice chairman and head of the firm’s board and CEO practice group for just under three years. Previously, he was a senior client partner at Korn Ferry.
