Heidrick & Struggles Acquires Boutique Leadership Consultant Firm

Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has acquired London-based leadership advisory provider, Co Company. The firm will be merged into Heidrick's leadership consulting business.

Chairman of Co Company, Colin Price, joins Heidrick & Struggles to lead its leadership consulting practice globally as executive vice president, London.

TA Mitchell, Cathy Powell and Sharon Toye, all members of the Co Company senior leadership team, will join Heidrick & Struggles' leadership consulting practice as partners.
