Amrop Recruits Five New Consultants

Amrop, a partnership of recruiting firms operating from 83 offices in 57 countries throughout Asia, EMEA, and the Americas, recently added five new search consultants in Poland, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, Mexico and Ukraine.

With 15 years of executive search experience in Poland and the CEE region, Michal Lewinski joins Amrop as a principal where he will be responsible for the firm’s automotive and industrial, real estate, and logistics practices in Poland, with a special focus on operations, supply chain and general management functions. 

Veronica Anam-Waiyaki has been named a managing partner in Kenya. She has more than 20 years’ experience in leading the human capital function in large international organizations in Kenya and Nigeria.

Mansour Abdulghaffar becomes a principal in Saudi Arabia with Amrop. His expertise includes strategy and product development.

Alex Dayrabekov joins Amrop as associate partner in the Ukraine. With broad experience in multinational business environments and 12 years in executive search and HR. Mr. Dayrabekov started his career as a recruitment consultant at an international recruitment company in Ukraine.His consulting practice is focused on the pharmaceuticals, FMCG and retail sectors.

Amrop has also appointed Jaime Montemayor as a partner in Mexico. He has significant experience in the automotive and industrial sector.
