TRANSEARCH: Levelling the Playing Field for Women Leaders

What will it take to level the playing field for women leaders? TRANSEARCH believes it will require courage for those in leadership positions to acknowledge the historic inequalities that have prevented women from earning what their male colleagues were paid and perpetuating the boys’ club in boardrooms restricting women from reaching the top.

It will also require courage from women in leadership positions to remove barriers and promote fair play, as well as young women leaders to question authority and discriminatory practices or policy that unfairly blocks their career growth.
