Future Leadership Unifies Seven Businesses Under a Single Brand Identity
Future Leadership is excited to announce the unification of its seven distinct businesses under one cohesive brand identity, Future Leadership. This strategic move aims to streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and leverage synergies across its specialised ecosystem.
Since its strategic inception in 2018, Future Leadership has grown through innovation and strategic acquisitions, including cornerstone businesses Fisher Leadership (founded in 2002), NGS Global (Australasia) (founded in 2008), and CLA (founded 2016). Services range from executive and board search, through to interim talent management, and across advisory offerings including leadership development, assessment, executive coaching and organisation transformation.
Managing Director, Michelle Loader, says ‘Each business brings unique strengths and expertise to our future capability ecosystem. We believe that to accelerate Australia’s leadership performance, we must take an integrated approach to sourcing leaders, developing teams, and transforming organisations.’
The combined Future Leadership team comprises founders from across the various acquisitions alongside a senior leadership team with equity stakes in the organisation. Prominent industry leaders such as Michelle Loader, Dr Marianne Broadbent, Dr Marcele De Sanctis, Liz Jones, Mark Lelliott, and Adam Kyriacou, the team are proud to bring together Executive Search, Interim Management and Leadership Advisory solutions under one unified brand.

"This rebranding will not only enhance our market presence but also enable us to provide more value to our clients, candidates and program participants through a more cohesive suite of offerings."
Core businesses Fisher Leadership, CLA Solutions, Gig Executive, Accelerated Talent, NGS Global (Oceania), Arbiter and Career Accelerator, will merge under the parent company, Future Leadership. Clients of the newly branded Future Leadership can expect a seamless transition with significant enhancements in the areas of customer experience, tech-enabled product offerings, and talent intelligence. "We are dedicated to ensuring that our clients and candidates receive the best possible service through our integrated approach, including insights powered by our Future Leadership Capability Framework, and special offerings through our Future Exchange Community" added Liz Jones, Managing Partner of Future Leadership Executive Search.
The official rollout of the new brand will commence on 01 October, 2024 with a phased approach to integrating all business units' products and services leading into the new financial year. Future Leadership will unveil the new brand identity through a series of marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives in partnership with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Financial Review, and CEDA Committee for Economic Development Australia.
