Heller Search Expands Technology and Product Engineering Bench with the Appointment of Andrew Smith as Managing Director
Heller Search, the premier executive search firm for technology talent, has bolstered its technology and product engineering search expertise with the addition of Andrew Smith.
In his role, Andrew will bring his exceptional network of product engineering executives to Heller’s F500 customer base and its rapidly expanding SaaS vertical practice. Andrew will lead executive searches in product, engineering, security, data, and IT.

Andrew brings more than a decade of executive search experience to his new role. Prior to joining Heller Search, Andrew was a principal in the private equity practice at a boutique executive search firm, where he successfully managed searches for a broad range of senior executives, including CTOs, CPOs, CISOs, and Board of Directors. Previously, he served as a relationship executive for a human capital management company, managing a portfolio of F1000 clients in North America.
Andrew’s arrival builds on the firm’s continued growth and momentum in the product engineering space and follows the recent hire of Carrie Kovach as Client Partner.
