Heller Search Adds Technology Executive Search Expertise With the Addition of Carrie Kovach as Client Partner

In her new role as Client Partner at Heller Search, Carrie will lead searches for CIOs, CTOs, product engineering leaders, data scientists and other key technology roles for a cross-industry client base.

With nearly two decades of experience, Carrie has supported a range of companies, from high growth startups to public and private Fortune 500 companies. She has deep expertise building and maintaining purposeful, highly collaborative relationships with both hiring executives and HR talent partners to provide modernized executive search solutions. Previously, Carrie was a partner with TRG, a national retained search firm, where she was responsible for client management, lifecycle recruitment and business development. She began her career with RGP, a Detroit firm that specializes in IT recruiting.
