Their findings indicate adaptive leaders and organizations are moving beyond resilience to championing a new future on the front foot. 

Some key numbers include:

• 20% of respondents say their organization does not have a designated sustainability lead
• 40% of tech/digital leaders say it’s ‘extremely likely’ they will invest in more globally-focused executives
• 36% identify innovation as their top driver of growth over the next two years
