JM Search Appoints Managing Partners Amidst Rapid Growth
JM Search announced the elevation of eight seasoned search experts to Managing Partner. Dan Campbell, Charles Egoville, Tom Figueroa, Andrew Henry, Jim McGinley, Drew Pressman, MaryJeanne Scott, and Hayden Tewell will serve as Managing Partner’s for the firm.
This announcement follows a record year in the 42-year history of the firm, which has organically doubled in revenue and in size over the past two years. These promotions will empower the newly appointed Managing Partners to play a significant role in supporting the firm and its clients during this next phase of growth. Collectively, these leaders have decades of highly specialized recruiting experience, as well as expansive professional networks within their respective sectors and within the private equity ecosystem.
JM Search boasts a 98% retention rate among senior recruiters at the firm and attributes the firm’s exceptional people-first culture as the key driver of its continued growth and success. The new class of Managing Partners will continue to collaborate alongside the firm’s CEO, John Marshall, to ensure a consistent, high touch, and hands-on experience for its established and growing roster of clients.
“We’ve carefully built a highly experienced, and well-connected team that understands the critical importance of getting it right when working at the C-level. Each Managing Partner has earned this new level of leadership and having these executives in place will allow us to continue to deliver exceptional client service and award-winning results. I believe we are well positioned to continue to be the preferred executive search partner for private equity investors and growth-oriented businesses based on the tremendous team we have continued to build and develop,” stated John Marshall, CEO of JM Search.
As the firm continues to grow, it has been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms, and JM Search ranked 14th on this year’s Top 50 Recruiters list published by market research firm, Hunt Scanlon Media, where they experienced the highest growth rate among the top 20 firms in this year’s ranking.
