Heidrick & Struggles Adds Two Executive Search Consultants in the Americas
Heidrick & Struggles (Nasdaq: HSII) added two new principals to its executive search business in the Americas in March 2022.

Luana Maluf joined Heidrick & Struggles as a principal in the Sao Paulo office. She specializes in placing talent in C-level roles across Latin America, focusing on the energy, building materials, chemicals, plastic, and packaging sectors. Previously, Maluf worked at a Brazilian executive search consultancy, where she focused on the industrial and agribusiness sectors in Brazil.
Lydia Peraza joined Heidrick & Struggles as a principal in in the Mexico City office. Bringing more than 20 years' of experience, Peraza serves as a talent advisor across a wide-range of sectors, including life sciences and healthcare, consumer, technology, and financial services. Previously, she worked with other global and Latin American executive search firms and helped open the Mexico subsidiary of a boutique executive search firm.
