Eton Bridge Partners Announce Steve Deverill as Managing Partner
Eton Bridge Partners announced that Steve Deverill has been appointed as a Managing Partner starting January 1st 2022.
Steve picks up the reins from Ashton Ward who will continue to support the business in the role of non-executive director. Ashton has successfully led the business since co-founding it in 2010. With offices in Windsor and London, the firm is a leading Executive Search, Interim Management and Consulting firm, partnering with businesses to build the leadership teams they need to change, grow, and transform within the UK and internationally.
Under the leadership of Ashton Ward, Eton Bridge Partners has grown to 87 employees and developed practices across corporate boards, finance, HR, sales and marketing, business transformation, digital leadership and legal. In 2021 they were ranked first in the Institute of Interim Management’s annual survey, having been in the top ten for the last ten years. They were voted one of the UK’s Best Small Companies to work for.
Since joining Eton Bridge Partners in 2013, Steve has successfully built the Business Transformation practice into a market leader, supporting a diverse range of clients to deliver successful transformation and change initiatives. With over 19 years of industry experience, he will now take on the role of managing the broader business.
