EXEC announces the entry of Sérgio Alexandre Simões to the consultancy.
The executive arrives with the role of leading and developing the Board Services & Strategy area.
The Board Services area of EXEC, the largest national consultancy for the selection of senior executives, is renamed Board Services & Strategy, with the entry of Sérgio Alexandre Simões, one of the most renowned executives in the country.
The professional, who in 2020 was elected Executive of the Year in Digital and Cultural Transformation, arrives at EXEC bringing knowledge and many successful cases of setting up councils in an even more strategic way, in line with digital transformation and the contradictions of whether make the best decisions in a hyperconnected world.
Graduated in electrical engineering from FEI, with an MBA in Business Management from ESAN; Master's Degree in Administration, with a focus on Technological Innovation, at UNINOVE, he pursued international experience, specializing at the University of Michigan (USA) in the Strategy and Digital Transformation course. He is currently a doctoral student at USP-POLI dedicating himself to developing a Digital Transformation Methodology to unlock and accelerate Brazilian SMEs. In 2019, he sought some certifications, including one of the most important for his new field of work, the Innovation Advisor – C2i, made at Gonew.Co.
After 25 years of a successful career at PwC, Sérgio Alexandre has acted as a Board Member and/or Advisor in companies in the healthcare, education, services and media sectors. In these, it has helped to oxygenate the strategy facing the challenges of digital transformation, to form boards and committees (especially those for Innovation), to select human capital (boarders and executives) in line with the new reality and to work on governance programs in search of cultural change and succession. In addition to all this, he also participates in the development of e-books, sharing information in the community, in what he calls 'collective knowledge'.
