Terhi Heikkinen appointed as IMS Talent's Managing Partner
Terhi has been a partner at IMS Talent since fall 2016. She works with multinational and national companies as well as venture capital companies helping them to acquire and develop their top talent. Terhi carries out searches for demanding executive and managerial positions as well as board members. She also focuses on leadership development and board evaluations. Terhi collaborates also actively with IMS Talent’s international IMD International Search Group’s partners.
Terhi has an extensive 20-year experience from different industries working as Head of Human Resources in executive team positions. Altogether Terhi has over 30-years’ experience from organization and talent development.
Prior to joining IMS Talent, Terhi worked as SVP, Human Resources and executive team member for a listed international sports equipment company. Previously she has also worked as Head of Human Resources for large and listed companies, for example in international steel industry, for a Finnish media company as well as for a beverage industry company and in global consultancy and ICT companies.
Terhi holds a Master of Economics degree. Her working languages are Finnish and English.
