Boyden Expands in Washington, D.C.
Top board, CEO and C-suite expert Kerry Moynihan joins as Partner as companies reevaluate leadership needs in changing times
Boyden, a premier leadership and talent advisory firm, today announced that Kerry Moynihan has joined as a Partner in Washington, D.C., further deepening the firm’s commitment to help client organizations cope with unprecedented challenges.

Moynihan joins Boyden from another executive search firm. Previously he served as a Managing Director and Board Member of another top 10 executive search firm, and as a Partner in the largest publicly traded executive search firm. Early in his career he co-founded a leading global music and entertainment business.

Moynihan is a widely quoted and frequent opinion writer in media such as Forbes, Corporate Board Member, American Consequences and other leading publications. He has served as an Advisory Board Member and Director for numerous organizations including SchoolPass, Asgaard Capital and Pareto Energy, and is a former Board President of the Wharton Executive MBA Scholarship Fund, in addition to his work with the Jefferson Scholars Program at the University of Virginia.
He holds an MBA in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Virginia.
