Shane Cragun Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner
Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) announced Shane Cragun has joined the firm as a senior client partner in the firm’s Advisory practice. He is based in Korn Ferry’s London office.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Cragun was the managing partner of leadership development firm SweetmanCragun Group. Previously, Cragun was president and founding principal of The Cornerstone Group, a professional services company. Prior to this, he was vice president and general manager of delivery organization at FranklinCovey, a professional coaching firm.
Cragun started his career as a senior internal consultant at National Semiconductor, where he was responsible for consulting, training and strategic projects internationally. He has worked in most major industries, with clients in Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa, Australia, Mexico, and the U.S.

Cragun holds a bachelor’s degree in Russian and business and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
