Ayana Parsons Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner
Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) announced Ayana Parsons has joined the firm as a senior client partner in the Consumer practice. She is based in Korn Ferry’s Atlanta office.
Parsons joins Korn Ferry from a professional services firm where she placed presidents, CEOs, and CMOs at leading multinational companies and led executive succession and talent pipelining engagements. She also co-founded and co-chaired the firm’s women’s inclusion network.
Previously, Parsons served as the global head of retail, consumer goods and lifestyle industries at The World Economic Forum. Prior to this, Parsons was the global marketing and strategy leader of workplace health and wellbeing at Kimberly-Clark, a consumer goods company. She started her career in multiple brand and marketing roles at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Philips Consumer Lifestyle, and Procter & Gamble.

Parsons holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and an MBA in marketing from Florida A&M University.
