Stanton Chase Australia Welcomes New Director in Sydney
Bodo Mann to Lead Board Services and Technology Practices
Bodo Mann, an experienced executive search consultant, has been appointed Director in the Sydney office of Stanton Chase, a global retained executive search firm with offices in over 45 countries. Bodo brings deep experience in Technology, Professional Services, Industrial (including Defense), Financial Services, and Board and Governance Advisory.
Fiona Lavan, Managing Director Australia and Vice Chair Regions, made the announcement.
“I’m delighted to announce that Bodo Mann will be joining Stanton Chase, commencing 18 November,” said Lavan. “Bodo will head up the Board Services and Technology practices for our Australian offices, and he will also work in Professional and Financial Services. This is an exciting development for Stanton Chase in Australia which significantly enhances our capabilities across these two important practices.”
Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Bodo was the Group Executive Advisory at the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) where he led the B2B Business and Board Advisory. With around 45,000 members, the AICD is the largest Director Institute in the world. Bodo was also a Director with the Global Executive Search and Leadership Advisory Firm Spencer Stuart; Managing Director – Banking & International at Rubik Financial (ASX:AFL), now Temenos Australia; Managing Director and Management Team Member of the Strategy and Board Consulting firm White Room Associates as well as Booz & Company/Strategy&; and Corporate Audit Staff Manager at GE Capital Europe & GE Industrial.
Over the last 20 years, Bodo has worked extensively with Boards, CEOs, and senior executives from ASX 100 and global blue-chip organizations across Europe and Australasia on a variety of client engagements ranging from Board Advisory, Leadership Consulting and Search, Strategy Development, and Digital Transformation. With his highly relevant and diverse skill set and experience, Bodo is uniquely positioned to provide pragmatic and sustainable leadership solutions as well as value-adding board services to clients.
Bodo is a Non-Executive Director of the German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GACIC). He is also on the Advisory Boards of the FinTech startups Nudge Saver and Bondle, global collaboration and governance application businesses.
