Nation’s Capital Expands Team With Addition of Mike Galetto
Stanton Chase, a global retained executive search firm, has appointed Mike Galetto as a new Director in its Washington, DC office. Galetto will strengthen the office’s focus across a range of industry and functional areas.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Galetto was with leading boutique and international executive search firms. He was also part of the team that built an in-house internal executive talent acquisition function for a Fortune 200 multi-industry science and technology company. His work has covered financial, operational, legal, and P&L leadership in Industrial, Financial Services, Healthcare IT, Technology Software and Hardware, Retail, and Nonprofit.
Prior to entering executive search, Galetto was a management consultant serving Fortune 500, middle market, and private equity clients, and he began his career as a journalist in the United States and overseas. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University and a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling and running, and he is an active fundraiser for diabetes-related causes.
