Quinton Anthony is Employer of Choice Finalist at the 2019 Australian HR Awards

Quinton Anthony was proud to be a finalist in the Employer of Choice (1-99 employees) category at the 2019 Australian HR Awards.

Now in its sixth year and with over 850 of the top HR professionals across Australia in attendance, this prestigious event recognises industry excellence and the achievements of companies, teams and HR professionals for outstanding HR initiatives.

The Employer of Choice category recognises businesses with a wide-ranging emphasis on initiatives in areas such as remuneration, learning & development, diversity & inclusion, work-life balance and employee satisfaction.

Over the past year, QA invested a substantial amount of time into the implementation of innovative HR initiatives that are designed to empower, support and engage their employees. This has been reflected in multiple awards being won for Work-Life Balance and Diversity & Inclusion, as well as taking out the Bronze medal for Employer of Choice (as nominated by our employees).

This recognition has also followed on from the recent HRD Innovative HR Team of 2019 win for the Domestic & Family Violence Support Package.
