Arnold Lau Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) announced that Arnold Lau has joined Korn Ferry as a senior client partner. He is based in the Hong Kong office.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Lau served as vice president of the Strategy Development and Industry & City Integration Centers of Country Garden Holdings, a Fortune 500 company in the real estate industry in Hong Kong.

Before Country Garden, Lau was vice president of business development of north Asia at Asurion, a global leader in handset protection services, where he was responsible for the business development of strategic accounts.

Preceding Asurion, he spent 13 years at management consulting firms. He was a leader of the Organization practice and a leader of the Technology, Media and Telecom practice at a global management consulting firm.

“Arnold has a reputation for building enduring client relationships, driving strategic changes and delivering results. He is a known expert in growth strategy and change management,” said Chong-Meng Ng, chief commercial officer, APAC, Korn Ferry. “Arnold will drive key technology accounts in the Asia Pacific region, and we are absolutely thrilled to have him join the team.”

Lau holds a bachelor’s degree in social science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, an MBA and master’s degree in management information systems from Boston University.
