David Sholkoff Joins Korn Ferry as a Senior Client Partner
Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) announced that David Sholkoff has joined the firm as a senior client partner. He specializes in the firm’s Organizational Strategy solution and is based in the Dallas office.
Mr. Sholkoff joins the firm from a global management consulting and professional services advisory where he was a managing director in the Talent and Organization practice. There, he led large-scale engagements in the southwest region of the U.S. across a breadth of markets.
Prior to that, Mr. Sholkoff was a partner at IBM, where he also led the Global Center of Competence, Strategy and Operations practice. He began his career at a top accounting advisory and professional services firm, starting in the firm’s Organizational Effectiveness practice then developing its Human Capital Advisory practice.

Mr. Sholkoff holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Alliant International University, and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Northridge.
