Brindha Bal Joins the Eric Salmon & Partners Team in Singapore

Eric Salmon & Partners Singapore office celebrates this milestone as they now have six partners in their team, and a total of about 20 staff.

Their senior executive search and leadership advisory team in Singapore combines diversity, global outlook, and years of experience in Asia. All of the team, without exception, have also lived and worked in Europe or in the US. Eric Salmon & Partners is building a team of long-term thinkers driven by sharing and caring for clients and colleagues. No doubt many clients and candidates tell the difference and remark on how happy everyone is to work in this team.

Brindha has a proven track record in talent acquisition spanning 20 years, across EMEA, APAC and the Americas. She has successfully hired in senior executives in the tech industry globally during transformative times. Her career started out leading Talent Acquisition across APAC at HP, Sun Microsystems and Hitachi Data Systems. Her global experience was strengthened after spending 4 years in Silicon Valley as Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Hitachi Data Systems prior to returning to Singapore and moving into executive search at Heidrick & Struggles.

Brindha is a native of Singapore and married with two children. She enjoys playing tennis, hiking, and travelling. She has earned an undergraduate degree in Economics at Simon Fraser University and a M.B.A. from the Rotman School of Management, at the University of Toronto. She has also received executive education at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and is an alumni of Raffles Junior College and Raffles Girls Secondary school in Singapore.
