Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Jonathan Gleason

Russell Reynolds Associates, a global search and leadership advisory firm, today announced that Jonathan Gleason has joined the firm as a member of the Technology Practice. Based in Palo Alto, he advises technology companies and business and professional services organizations on their human capital initiatives.

"His work leading operational and go-to-market functions within a services environment will be critical as we consult with clients on assembling the best leadership teams to drive business transformation and growth."

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Gleason was Director of Practice Management & Strategy at Gunderson Dettmer, a leading global technology law firm. In this role, he was responsible for building systems to drive partner performance and for collaborating with firm leadership to develop and implement growth strategies. Gleason previously held senior operational roles in marketing and branding, and for 15 years he also managed the firm's captive venture capital fund.

Gleason holds a BA in international security and history from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA in entrepreneurship from Santa Clara University, Leavey School of Business.
