Tyler & Company Welcomes Diane Nicholas

Tyler & Company welcomes Diane Nicholas to the team. Nicholas will serve as vice president for the Northeast and Midwest regions, leading searches for mid-level to senior executives and interim placement.

Nicholas is thrilled to begin her journey at Tyler & Company.

“I have always felt that working in healthcare, although I am on the periphery, was contributing to the greater good. I get to help amazing people join great organizations where they can make a significant impact. I get to meet and talk to interesting people all day long,” said Nicholas.

She brings over 20 years of expertise in professional staffing, consulting and executive search in the healthcare industry. Before joining the Tyler team, Nicholas worked with both boutique, and multi-specialty service firms overseeing client relations and strategy, operations, recruiting and fulfillment.

“There is nothing better than identifying the right person for the right organization. You help the organization find someone who will build programs and make a difference for their future. You help a candidate find the right culture where they can thrive,” explained Nicholas.

Nicholas contributed to an advice article in Training the Source for Professional Development magazine and BenefitsPro. She enjoys giving tangible advice to candidates and hiring managers where both parties can learn and grow.

Diane earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson State University. She is an active member at the Maryland chapter of ACHE, where she’s participated in several speaking engagements, panel discussions and attends meetings frequently. She is also the vice president of her homeowner’s association. In her spare time, Nicholas likes to kayaking, photography, cooking and crafts.
