Seiyi Goh Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner in Singapore

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) announced that Seiyi Goh has joined Korn Ferry as a senior client partner in Singapore.

Ms. Goh brings to the firm more than 20 years of corporate human resources and human capital consulting experience. She joins Korn Ferry from a global info-communication organization where she was the group director for talent management. There, she led talent marketing and management strategies, policies and initiatives across all levels, spanning more than 25 countries.

“Seiyi’s deep expertise in leadership and organizational consulting in the digital technology, telecommunications and transportation sectors will bring great value to our clients,” said Gareth McIlroy, Managing Director, Korn Ferry Singapore. “She will further strengthen our firm’s leadership and talent advisory partnerships in the region and we are thrilled to have her join the team.”

Prior to her corporate HR career, Ms. Goh was an associate partner at The Gallup Organization, driving strengths-based talent initiatives in selection, assessment, engagement and development in the government, financial institutions, retail and FMCG sectors.

Seiyi holds a B.A in business and business administration (BBBA) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing an Executive Master’s degree in consulting, coaching and change Management from INSEAD.
